(#226, Core by Stone Temple Pilots)
I didn't become a fan of STP until MTV did a documentary about the making of the yet to be released Tiny Music ... Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop. A few weeks later, I bought the album, and I haven't turned it off since. Honestly, I think I've listened to that particular album close to 500 times in my life. I worked backwards, and checked out Purple next, then this one. I've always considered this the STP album that "rocks" the most, and I don't believe I've skipped over a track while I'm listening to it. Still great over 20 years later ...
I would like to share "Sex Type Thing" and "Crackerman" with you.
