Mark Knopfler has built up quite a catalogue since Dire Straits disbanded nearly 20 years ago. For those not familiar with him, this is one of the finest guitar players of all time, and has written some of the most memorable riffs in the history of rock n roll. This record features guest vocals by two pretty decent singers in their own right, James Taylor and Van Morrison.
