(#27, From the Cradle by Eric Clapton)
You probably wouldn't guess that this was Eric Clapton's first all blues album. What also makes this album unique is that it is technically a live recording. These tracks, with the exception to "Motherless Child" were recorded live, and were not tracked in the traditional sense. When I started making this list, I came back to this record, to see if I liked it as much as I did 20 years ago, and it turns out I do. Considering there's really not a lot of blues on this list, for this to rank #27 says a lot about how I feel about this recording.
