I wasn't crazy about this record when it came out, and it took about five years for me to fully embrace it. Nowadays, I wear the shit out of this record. This was the first album to feature Davey Faragher on bass. Some great storytelling here, as is the case with most every Elvis Costello long player.
Take a listen to "45" and "Tear Off Your Own Head (It's a Doll Revolution)" ...
