The Clash are categorized as a punk band, but this is a pop album, that hints at punk, rock, raggae and more. I'm actually surprised that I never warmed up to Combat Rock the way I have embraced this one. Lots of good stuff here ... and the album art resembles Elvis Presley's debut record ...
