After these guys were away for about 5 years, they come back with the Green Album, and end up being the musical guest for SNL's season finale in 2001. Mike and I watched this episode from his basement, and all night, the words, "Weezer are playing SNL" kept racing through my mind. This is the performance that Will Ferrell joined Weezer for.
