This early on in the show's history, I don't think Lorne really knew what the show was going to become. The first show featured a host who didn't appear in any sketches, and the second show barely featured any comedy at all. 11 musical performances, two sketches (the cast only appeared in one of them), and the short film of Paul Simon and Connie Hawkins playing hoops. This was the highlight of show #2.
