Nicholas Thornburn is responsible for one of my all time favorite albums, Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone by The Unicorns. Shortly after that record came out, the band disbanded, never to be heard from again. Since then, Thornburn's musical focus has been on his current band, Islands. Their record, Arm's Way, was one of my favorites of 2008. Islands are back with a new record called Ski Mask. Today's newgazzi track is called "Wave Forms".
